Trombadore Gonden Law Group's three areas of practice and experience has focused on covering civil litigation matters in a variety of subjects that include professional liability, insurance, real estate, construction defect & commercial leasing disputes, securities, title insurance and title claims, institutional trustee and other fiduciary liability issues, environmental tort and remediation issues, consumer class actions, product defects, intellectual property, labor and employment disputes and others. 

The Law Group's experience includes all phases of litigation such as civil bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution techniques.  Trombadore Gonden has extensive training and continues to pursue advanced training as a third-party neutral, mediator of civil disputes.

In addition to their litigation practice, Trombadore Gonden counsel businesses, real estate developers, general contractors and business clients in a variety of basic business and personal matters.  Trombadore Gonden have a network of professionals in a variety of disciplines available to assist as appropriate to the size and particular needs of client matters.  We believe in the multi-disciplinary approach to the development of meaningful business solutions to develop well-thought-out and pragmatic solutions to ensure that our clients can achieve their objectives and succeed. 

Trombadore Gonden has particular expertise in serving California-based, nonprofit organizations as outside general counsel in nearly all aspects of general business issues. These issues include start-up and incorporation or LLC formation, organizational issues, governance, all best practice and compliance aspects of fundraising activities and related registration and reporting issues, non-profit corporate tax compliance issues, strategic planning issues, successful capital development planning and implementation, commercial leasing, recruitment and retention of key personnel, board development and succession issues, conflict avoidance and management, mergers, acquisitions and dissolution/winding up procedures.
