Commercial & Civil Litigation Experience: I handle general and complex civil litigation matters in a variety of subjects.  I have extensive experience representing professionals, particularly attorneys and trustees, in professional liability and fiduciary liability claims. I also advise attorneys and law firms on risk management issues and legal ethics matters.

I have extensive experience representing both policy holders (individuals and institutions) and insurance companies in insurance recovery matters, insurance fraud, insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation.

I have handled a variety of civil disputes including:

Ø  Business & contract disputes; 

Ø  Securities litigation including securities fraud & class action litigation;

Ø  Financial services matters;

Ø  Consumer rights litigation including class actions;

Ø  Real estate litigation including development issues, purchase/sale disputes, nuisance claims, residential and commercial construction defect litigation and commercial leasing disputes; and

Ø  Labor and employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims and class action litigation.

Litigation Services:  My practice experience includes all facets of general and complex civil litigation, including civil trial and jury trial experience in both State and Federal Courts.  I have experience conducting arbitrations and arbitration practice.  

Civil ADR/Mediation Services: I have extensive experience in all aspects of Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques including civil mediation work.  I continue to pursue advanced training as a mediator of civil disputes.

I am available to mediate civil law disputes as a third party neutral.  

Nonprofit Organization Services: I provide outside general counsel services to a variety of California-based, nonprofit organizations.  These services include:
