Mr. Trombadore has been engaged in private law practice continuously since 1988. He has always been based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before starting his firm, Mr. Trombadore was a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP and Lillick and Charles LLP, and founding partner of Trombadore Gonden Law Group LLP, each based in San Francisco, California. 

Mr. Trombadore's civil litigation and trial practice experience have focused on business matters, complex civil litigation matters, professional liability defense, insurance, and real estate including commercial leasing disputes, securities matters, title insurance, and title claims, institutional trustee and other fiduciary liability litigation environmental tort and remediation matters, consumer class actions, product defects litigation, and intellectual property matters. Mr. Trombadore's work experience includes all phases of civil litigation, trial practice and appeals in both state and federal courts, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Trombadore has extensive training as a third-party neutral, or mediator, of civil disputes.

Mr. Trombadore also counsels business owners and professionals in a variety of business and professional practices, and their related legal matters.  Mr. Trombadore also provides outside general counsel services to California-based, nonprofit organizations.
